Description This was originally intended to be bright and sunny, but the more I worked on it the more dark and stormy it got. It really looks like it's going to rain.

It's really good. I'd love to have this as a wallpaper.

The helmets do not appear to be compatible with Nuclear-Biological-Chemical-Nanotechnological protection requirements. On the other hand, the lower panel could be a combination of a gas mask and an annunciator, but the front is open! Perhaps the helmet is made of an electro-reactive memory material that closes itself if contaminants are detected? This would be very costly for a regular army unit, but THERE ARE NO UNIT MARKINGS and the weapon barrels are so wide at the end that they appear to integrate sound suppressors, which are never issued to ordinary units. Kul wahad -- a special operations unit! The element is a single fireteam of five -- I would say Royal Marine Commandos. Perhaps SAS, but there is a public obsession with the SAS so great that, in my opinion, one should show respect by trying NOT to mention them. Deus salve Regina, vivat, vivat, vivat!

I love the feeling of this one. very evocative, and full of emotion. the coloring especially in the skies above the filed, fit the mood and the somber expression on the Soldier's face. as far as as the design of the weaponry and the armour covering the soldiers, all very practical and the rifle looks very rugged, like it could take a beating and still keep on working. any specifics about the system they are using, just of curiosity from the gearhead
