Well, In flopside, on the floor B1, you flip and you'll find a hole with water, enter and you'll find on the other side the map seller...
there are a 48 maps, and every map has a different cost(almost in all the chapters!)
You find Mimi's card in the chapter 2-3, in mimi's ofice (You have to use Fleep, on Mimi (the mimi that is on the sign, but I don't know if you need the map...))

Aww, not to be rude considering you obviously didn't want this in the Villainshipping group, but I was wondering exactly why. It's a perfect fit. ^_^ (Not all the relationships in the group are sexual/romantic. Otherwise it would be very awkward with the Bowser + Bowser Jr. artwork in the Villainshipping folder XD)
