Nope, I never found her annoying. In fact she was very useful at certain points. I found it cool, since she locked on to enemies, and it was almost like I'll hold him while you punch (I guess in this situation, it would be a stab though). Navi is actually one of my fave characters from LOZ. The whole Majora's mask game is spawned off the idea of Link trying to find his precious friend Navi (some people think it's Zelda or Skullkid but they're wrong).
