It`s a very fun player-made glitch and it occurs when you have your Disguise kit, looking staight up and crouch walking . They`re endangered and therefore not allowed to kill.

With Sniper vs. Spy update, there is a 1/10 chance that Spy does a Spycrab taunt when taunting with his Disguise kit.

I think that they can kill you cuz it`s very distinguished and lasts only for some seconds. Also, when performing a taunt, the Spy can`t walk (real Spycrabs can walk).
