Description
This girl was for my hack I was working on, and also one of the main boss villains for it based on the manga.
Her name is Sird (however, fan communities also consider her name to be Storc)
She originally was one of the Three Beast Commanders of Team Rocket and cream of the crop only underneath Giovanni and is one of the coldest of female villians ever in the series, but her true goals was of her own. Which is why, despite not being in the D/P/Pt games, she was really actually a double-agent and one of the few Galactic Commanders of Cyrus's army. Again though, her goals were different from Cyrus's as well.

And believe it or not, her actual origins are not from the manga itself, but from the Pokemon card game. Why did they decide to use a random npc on a card art for their evil villian plot? Who knows, but she did happen to carry a punch. For example, she is the only Galactic Commander (and perhaps Rocket) to ever capture and use Darkrai in battle. The consequence of this was, she couldn't actually control Darkrai and it basically did whatever it wanted to of its own free will, including possibly punishing Sird in the process (I may be right or wrong on that part, you'd just have to read the manga translations)

Aside from Darkrai that she eventually loses, she also uses Starmie, Banette, and her signature pokemon, Persian.

She's a very unique character, and I kind of hate it because she never gets more spotlight than she does outside of the manga. Keep in mind, this sprite was very hard to make, as I lacked resource material, and basically had to go off of what I could only find, which wasn't much, but with help, we managed. That's why I want to also give a great deal of credit to SirWhibbles and Piacarrot for helping me so much with this sprite when after I had wrestled with it. It may have only been 2 days recently, but it had actually felt like months with a lot of irl breaks for me in between spriting and life scenarios out of my control.
