In the end everything did turn back to normal, just not how little Marlhy had expected.

"Dear Santa, please forgive me for drinking your milk and eating your cookies. I made you a whole box filled with cookies, please make everything normal again."
Marvin wrote on the paper attached to the box. Just like most adults, he didn't believe in Santa, until he was caught in the act of consuming his cookies.

Santa had decided it was only fair to take something from him as well. It turned out that something would be his manhood. Just as Santa was about to leave the hysteric woman behind he had made up his mind.
"I think you should learn the basic principles of kindness and sharing again." he had said before regressing Marvin all the way back to childhood, leaving him younger than his own daughter.
Marvin tried to beg for forgiveness, but Santa satisfied with his punishment quickly moved on to the next home. The little girl drowned in her tears as she sobbed and sobbed throughout the night.

The next morning he explained the situation to his daughter, who came up with the plan to bake some cookies.
Little did Marvin know that his daughter secretly enjoyed having a little sister, and if her mommy and daddy couldn't live together as man and wife, then maybe they'd do better as mother and daughter.
And just like that, the entire world would only remember Marvin as the little girl now known as Marlhy. Except of course for Marlhy and his big sister.
