Story:

It all started when David saw a poster while going to the store. The poster with the sentence "Lose weight with hypnosis" on it, caused David to think. He was 35 years old and since his early twenties, he had gained a lot of weight. It had gotten to the point where he could be considered overweight.
He'd heard of the results of hypnosis before but had always been quite skeptical. For some reason though, this poster gave him a special feeling. David decided to go home and schedule an appointment figuring he had nothing to lose.

A couple of days later David, along with a bunch of other 'out of shape' men, stood inside of a windowless classroom.
In front of the classroom stood a handsome muscular young guy, making David slightly jealous. The guy introduced himself as the hypnotist and politely requested everyone to lay down on the floor.
"In order to lose weight, I'll just have to lay down?" David joked in his head.
The hypnotist asked everyone to close their eyes, and David followed.

As soon as his eyes were closed David felt himself completely relax. Everything felt heavy, he wouldn't even be able to raise his eyelids if he wanted to. But that was ok, it felt good.
That's when he could hear the dreamy voice of the hypnotist, almost as though he was talking to him inside his mind.

"Hello David." the guy said, which confused David considering he hadn't talked to the guy before. "I'll be starting with you. I can feel that you have the desire to be "attractive" right?", David couldn't help but nod his head.
"Is it ok if I massage your face?", again David nodded his head. That's when he felt two large hands rubbing his chubby face.

The fingers dug into his cheeks and started pushing his cheekbones upwards. "That's strange." David thought, he wasn't sure how he did it, but it felt like the guy was sculpting his face like clay.
The fingers then pushed against his jaw and chin, making them feel sore as they took an unfamiliar position.

Next, his arms were being massaged. The hands closed around the fat on his upper arms, causing a strange soreness all throughout the rest of his arms. He could feel his own hands cramping. The fat on his arms was pushed to his torso, adding to his pudgy belly.
The only thought that entered David's brain was the knowledge that it was working.

The guy then moved his hands to David's stomach. Pressing and molding the fat located there and around his waist. Then an intense feeling rushed throughout his body and the fat was forcefully pushed upwards from his stomach to his chest.
This caused two mounds to form on his chest pushing the skin underneath his nipples outwards.
"What's happ-" David began to think, but quickly the thought disappeared as the sensation inside his nipples became more intense.
