One of my favorite newspaper strips when I was growing up was Mutts. After buying one of the treasuries I realized that Patrick McDonnell was awesome! Because in most his Sunday color strips the first panel had this awesome illustration that was a reference or study of works by great artists, more reason to love his work.Related content
