Once upon a time, I was sketching a bunch of pokemon and decided to turn one into a full render. I wanted to see if I could get a good lightning effect. I didn't like it. In fact, its been sitting as a fully completed render for months waiting to be uploaded, but I couldn't stand the lightning effect that I had come up with. I decided to come back to it to see if I could get it to be something more to my liking. The fact that I'm uploading it should speak volumes.
