Out of all the PAW Patrol OCs I have ever come across, the most memorable of all was Musicalmutt2’s husky OC named Tundra. In the fanon, she is by far one of the greats as I would even considered her the flagship pup of the fanon. She happens to be seen as Rocky’s girlfriend by those who seen her.
