I do love Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire as it is now in my top 5 favourite Godzilla movies. The ending is so wholesome with Kong petting Shimo in the final scene to which I agree that this is the ending Shimo deserved. In my AU, however, Godzilla actually freed Shimo from the Skar King’s control and eventually earned her love, so they got busy and had children together.

In this pic, the family are having a nice snowy day with the parents (Godzilla and Shimo) having a loving moment together and their children (Winter and Comet) are having fun at the snow, well it’s mainly Winter since Comet is not having fun because his prank on his sister backfired and he is made to be in a pile of snow his sister trapped him in for trying to disrupt her building a snowman. At least the Skar King isn’t here to ruin it.
