I don't know why, but I never really realized just how little shading there is in the actual anime... Like, in the official and merch art for the anime style, basically everything is shaded to some degree but in the actual anime it's usually just the hair, with the occasional shading under her chin, on the bottom of the skirt, the back of the collar thing, and sometimes on the boots but that's about it.
Also, a quick note since I just noticed how weird the colors look... I do color drop the colors off the original image, so they're the right colors, I'm not sure why they look so odd...
