After a long time of debating with myself plus talking to my friend talked me out of thinking it was stupid because I had the idea before, dismissed it, she brought it up, we talked, and now its one of our favorite things to see in roleplay and art.

Another halfling, half typical race, half bubble, but in this case it is a mermaid who has the same build as a normal mermaid but the tail is a bubble, and one good for containing things she would wish to similar to bub-belli folk, treasures. Here she saw a beach goer and simply had to keep the land beauty close to her. Trapped in a bubble tail to be admired always.
