Tony 'Tucci' Castucci, later becoming The Panda

In the beginning, he was mostly working under a Don with a notorious reputation for crime. Tony was mostly the mob's representative. He's quite diplomatic and likes to negotiate things before getting down and dirty, and is quite sensible and reasonable for a mobster.

Later, under certain circumstances, he would finally break free as he always wanted to, moving away from his boss' mob and starting his own with a group of loyal mobsters. From that point on, he assumed the persona the The Panda, leading his mob around the city in more dynamic way than regular mobs.
