I really like the exposure of the shot and the reflection. The only thing I would suggest is leave some space in front of the swan for it to swim into and that would make it better compositionally.

Stunning. The effect of the rippled reflection is amazing. Compositionally, I would be tempted to have a little more room on the left side, but that's just one man's opinion.
