Chi-Lung is an ancient fiendish dragon. He is intelligent and prides himself of being a noble gentlemen, but those that deny what he asks of them, his ruthlessness will reveal itself. Chi-Lung originally resided in the Under Realm as one of the most powerful beings. He managed to break through the dimensional barrier to the Mortal Realm, and unleashed fiends that sparked conflict and war. Chi-Lung created a new Kingdom for himself, and took up the title of Emperor of all. All those that challenged Chi-Lung were either utterly destroyed or conquered into submission, and over time his influence spread.
