Jean, the Technopath, Captain of the Tinker Pirates. Jean is a Paramecia devil fruit user, and her power is the Tech Tech Fruit. This power allows her to create weapons and gadgets from almost anything. Jean obsessed with any form of old and new technology, and admires the work of Dr. Vegapunk.

Mato, the First Mate and boyfriend to Jean. He is an ex-agent from the Cipher Pol. Mato wields a modified fighting cane. He sort of retains a butler like quality to him seeing how he cooks and cleans after Jean(she can be messy).

Jade, the Hair Stylist. He is part of the Longleg tribe, and loves to style hair. He is a Zoan devil fruit user, and his animal is the Bird Bird Fruit, Peacock Model. Jean recruited him because she liked his flamboyant personality, and he makes sure the crew has good looking hair.

Uriel, the Doctor. She is a Birkan that survived "Enel Ascension", and fell down to the Blue Sea. She was taken in by a retired medic from the Marines, and studied to be a nurse. Uriel is normally quiet and kind to others, but she is not defenseless. She was taught how to defend herself by the former marine. Her 1st encounter with Jean was when Uriel saw Jean was injured, but Jean was more focused on fixing her tech. Uriel ends up joining the Tinker Pirates because Jean and her crew needed a medical expert.

Shelby, the Cyborg babe. She was a genius in building weapons, and was an arms dealer for quite a few years, but business was attacked and destroyed by government agents, claiming all her weapons in the process. Shelby managed to escape, but lost her right arm. She replaced it with a weaponized prosthetic arm. Shelby is joins the Tinker Pirates, and having nothing else better to do.
