Vulcan and Burnadean, the twin tyrants. Vulcan is a big brute, always eager and impatient to fight someone or something. Burnadean is the eldest, very intelligent, but can be even more brutal than her brother Vulcan. They raid villages and other Kingdoms for sport. They are currently in league with Queen Katrina and her conquest.
