Hi there, this is submissions for Decora-Chan contest <3Black hair girl is my oc. Her name is Vivi, she is a witch, however, nobody around her know that. It's her secret. She likes black color.
She met Lucy - Decora's OC- a lovely girl has dreaming of doing real magic someday. Then she taught Lucy how to fly in universe. The black witch hat is a costume with help them to breath normally when they wander in universe.
