Fushigimon

Virus

Upon competition of the Ritual of Translation former Kanchimon trade in their substantial, yet useless, magical power for more practical digital abilities. These fortunate few become Fushigmon. While still not as strong as it's peers, this transformation represents an exponential growth in power. While they may revel in their new might, they are quick to learn how outmatched they still are. Survival still depends on avoiding direct conflict, but their new abilities allow Fushigimon to use their magic in more useful ways. They can convert magic into data causing glitches in the Digital Veil that will misdirect or unnerve their would be pursuers. Their attacks, while still weak, can harm those unprepared or surprised by a sudden reversal.

An "early" number 17 for July Daily 2023

I got this one out early today! And by that I mean, when I was supposed to to begin with.

Guess who's back? Tzeentch is back. Now with a wee bird lad. The name is pretty on the nose but also, being based on the Japanese slang word for mysticism, Fushigi-na.

Like 4 hours on this guy. I couldn't decide on the final design.
