Last night I just had the urge to draw Rugal, specifically KoF 98 normal rugal. I got caught up getting the hand to look good and the focus ended up being on that, but whatever. It's not the greatest thing ever, but it is the first thing in about a year that I decided to draw just for the sake of drawing.
