Description The name is Čáro-kružník, but you can't have a czech title on DA apparently. These are the prints I did in graphics class, using soft cut linoleum, oil paint and what looked to be blue etching ink.

The work itself deals with how circular reasoning and false positives make up the center of how we think, that's why the whole image centers on the circle.

The name is a reference to the czech word for a wizard, 'černo kněžník' (man of black books), where I originally changed to čáro-kněžník (man of spells, although čára also just refers to a line) and then I added the 'kružník' part (-ík usually signifies a practicioner of a craft, so this would be an informal way to
refer to 'a maker of circles' ).

This is theme ties to the technique I used here, carving the lines, unstead of shapes, meaning that you see them, but they're just an illusion of sorts.

The figures on the margins are done to look drier and come from my previous work. I was experimenting with using stamps and drier print textures.

I'll put the others into a journal
.
And no, the circle is not a stell ball run refference😂
