Genderbend Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tale.
Also included shield. Few things about it. The symbol on the shield has the Fairy Tail logo inside it yes, but also is shaped that way with the cross to pay tribute to Rave Master, which was another manga by the same mangaka (trust me he references it a lot and reuses a lot of the designs). Second, possible inner cross sheath for variant sheathing?
Mainly because it might get tiring to carry around all day, so lastly with thought for cosplay consideration, the shield can be built out a little bigger to include a thin bag with adjustable straps. The straps can be used to wear the shield on the arm, or lenghtened to wear on the back. Plus, little knick knacks and your wallet can be stored in it since cosplay =/= great for con crusing
