I was very lucky to be invited to take a stall at a local craft faire and these are the burns I did especially for the table. The faire was a huge success and I sold most of my items, meaning I can fund a lot more experiments!From the left badger, fox, hare, stag, heron and barn owl
Most sold but I will stick the left overs on Etsy when I reopen after Christmas! These are all free hand burns into birch, no planning and shiny varnish

Burns are so freaking hard. Fanboy reaction here since I had a burn once of a zebra from wheni was in russia. It was complicated.

Ok, I'm a sucker for badgers, bunnies and owls, but all of them are so nice! Very nice woodburning. (I tried that once - never even thought of what the smell of burning wood would do to raise an alarm by other house members!)
