Just a hornless Twilight base.This base is MS Paint friendly, as it was made in MS Paint.
You do not need to ask permission to use this base.
It's free to use. (for best use, download it.)
RULES
-Make sure to credit me, and thanks to the mention system, I'll know when you use it!
-Also, make sure to credit Hasbro and stuff for MLP itself.
-Do not rush- please, spend more than 5 minutes on it. And don't be a smart-alec and only take 6 minutes.
-Go ahead and remove the eyelashes to make it more masculine.
-Frankendoll if you'd like, but only if it's okay with the other base maker!
-Do not upload the blank base and claim it as your own. That is considered art theft and you will be reported.
-Please don't sell this base, but you can make adoptables and stuff on it.
-Use the curve tool, please! Sloppy bases make me cringe, and it shows everyone how lazy you are.
