i'm sorry to say that i kind of fell on my face for this one. i made like 5 drafts before i decided on what scene to draw, being reminded after poring over the 6th book of how much quidditch took place. i forgot how hilarious the majority of the book was, aside from the Horcrux Hunt and Malfoy Obsession. actually... the latter might belong in the amusing part.

McLaggen is hilarious. I can't believe he took on of the beater's bats and hit a bludger at harry. lol. I kind of wish they would have mentioned that scene in the movie, cuz it proves that Ron really was better for the team.

The composition in this is fantastic. It really causes your eyes to move all around the page, and every single character in here has so much life to them. The only thing I can think of to make this better is to dull the color of the robes more for the characters as they move further back in the picture and brighten those in the front just a tad. The rainy sky could probably use a little of this too. But again, I have to give you a round of applause for the way you bring out the purest essense of every character you draw. I love it.
