the Doctor and Rose circa season 2, because they were so adorable and happy then. a telltale sign is Tennant's hair, which, i noticed, changed a lot over the seasons...
also. if you didn't notice, the swirly shape around them actually is supposed to resemble something. if you look close enough... maybe? you see it? no?
well, it's a heart, the lopsided organ kind. not this
kind. this has been a description.

Sorry to jump in, just thought I'd answer: it's very science fiction, like X-men, but there's a lot of comedy and adventure with even history thrown in, except with aliens added and stuff. It's really good as a show, as long as you don't mind almost everyone being British

Just finished Tennant's run today. Canon be damned, I will always love these two.
The expressions are so lively here. While the Doctor looks so insanely eager, Rose has this slight little scowl like she's got trouble planned... Cheeky gal. Also, the subtle hunch of her torso towards him and his oblivious lean toward her feels shrewdly in character.
