"Blades, you're getting more and more like a bird the more you sleep in that thing."

"Leave him alone, Kade!" Dani argued. "He's not so afraid of flying now that he spends time up there!"

Blades smirked as he peeked over the side of the nest, then looked down as he felt the smaller occupant shift underneath him. "Good morning..." He murmured.

Snowblast gave a smile back to him, then turned towards the two humans down below as they began bickering about something else. "Do they ever get along...?" He asked softly.

Blades shrugged. "I was just wondering that myself... They're kind of like me and Heatwave, I guess."

"Arguing for the fun of it?"

"...Sure, why not?"

After Snowblast arrives, Blades builds a nest out of metal scraps on a platform in the corner of the bunker. Since it's off the ground and Snowblast is still too little to fly on his own yet, this is a good place to put him when they don't want him to go anywhere, like if he's in trouble or if they have to leave him alone while going on a rescue mission.

Blades tends to sleep there too more often than not, simply to be near his son, and it's a place where he can be alone if he needs to be.

Blades belongs to Transformers and Hasbro.
