Something tells me something bad happened to Kanto and he died before Li was born, that's why Toph said "Didn't work out between us." I feel like Toph's relationships with Lin and Su's fathers were so terrible that she never talked to her daughters about them and decided it was best to keep them out of their lives, with Kanto I believed he died in a tragic way and and Su's father was probably a criminal and was in prison when she was young, and while Toph didn;t want her in jail because of her reputation and thought jail would ruin Su she might meet her father and he would have ruined her.

I like to think this Kanto fellow is actually an alias for someone we already know but that Toph is unwilling to talk about. Then they'll be a big revelation sometime later. Of course M&B are probably just trolling.

I honestly loved how good they trolled us... people where so desperate to know who the father is that they forget it could be a faceless background character we'd never meet in the show, and that giving the name wouldn't actually change a thing  =7=;; 

Maybe in the comics EVENTUALLY and if they want to throw that infrormation

Lin's pissed off face was perfect though XD

I guess he appear in comic book?(I only read 'The Search' and Toph was in it, sadly)

I hope when M&B said they going to answer who are Lin and Suyin father, it's not just a name mention...
