More white smith than blacksmith, very little heat needed for these. I like making these because I just start the process and let them tell me when I am done. They are all different, that's my secret. The texture was added with my fly press and an old hammer head. I make these for a small sales booth at a local flea market but when I finish one I post a picture on facebook and it is sold the same day. It is unlikely one will ever make it to the booth.
