I had fun with this one XD
I couldnt decide if the lighting I put on it was a good thing or not, i kinda wanted a dark "in the shadows" tone to it but here it is with no lighting. [link] And for some reason I can't see this pic in my gallery O__o

Cecil Turtle, Bugs Bunny raced him in about 3 cartoons and lost to him each time.

To be fair, Bugs did beat him in one episode, but was arrested right afterwards for running over the speed limit.
And in another Cecil had cheated with a bunch of his brother's help.
