So this one is definitely a stretch. The waves here are electromagnetic, the waves that Nos-4-a2 senses as an Energy Vampire. He never slept before he met Two unless it was to conserve energy, but as they grow closer, he slowly gets into the habit. It takes a long time of adjusting to a life where he doesn’t have to constantly be on alert, but Two’s electrical signature acts as a soothing balm for his nerves. While he goes offline later and comes back online earlier than Two (which isn’t saying much since Two only needs to sleep 4-5 hours even though she loves lounging in bed for much longer), it becomes a natural part of his daily cycle. It even improves his working condition, keeps his mind clearer, and extends his battery life. However, Nos has a considerable amount of trouble staying in sleep mode whenever he dreams. It doesn’t happen often, but it almost always concerns memories of his old life. He doesn’t believe he has any chance of healing (nor does he believe he deserves it), but nothing eases his mind more than the electromagnetic wavelength of Two’s processing.

Things get awkward when Two turns and has to relearn how to fall into a sleep cycle, but Nos’s wavelength serves to do the same for her as hers did for him all those years ago.
