I just don't feel like any of them are funny like the older ones. They don't really have that "ha ha it's so funny" feel to it.

Not every cartoon must focus on humor. Take Steven Universe and Over the Garden Wall for example. These focus on plot rather than humor, and they're really good.
Also, Sonic Boom isn't really funny anymore either.
