Description
Hiroyuki Tsukida (月田浩之 Tsukida Hiroyuki) is an alternate timeline version of the father of Himeko Tsukida (www.deviantart.com/buzz160604/… ), who is in his late 20's and didn't have his child, receiving the Retsu-O Belt the day she was born, making contracts with three ninja-like imagins in 1967 to become the ninja that leaps through time, Kamen Rider Retsu-O (仮面ライダー列王 Kamen raidā retsu-ō), but when touching the belt after being brought to 2007, vague memories of his marriage and Himeko being born start to appear in his mind, as if his two variants were one and the same. So he starts to fight alongside his "daughter" (that is around the same age as him) to understand his situation more.

Retsu-O transforms into the Tonfa Form (トンファーフォーム Tonfāfōmu) after being possessed by the green slug kunoichi Imagin Tsunadezuki (ツナデズキ Tsunadezuki), named after Tsunade, of the tale of Jiraiya, and Mochizuki Chiyome (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mochizuk… ), altering his personality into a more flirtatious and androgynous one, which makes Himeko very embarrassed each time he transforms into this form, along with separating the Ninjagasher into two truncheon-like weapons.

his finisher in this form is called Green Slug Senrenda (グリーンスラッグ千連打 Gurīnsuraggu sen renda lit. green slug thousand continuous strikes), a rapid flow of attacks with the Ninjagasher with energy trails that resemble the gooey trails slugs leave behind when moving.
