Anton: "I'm so glad that the quarantine has been eased and we can finally start rehearsing again."
Ethan: "Yeah"
Anton: "I can't believe you bought this place. It's huge."
Ethan: "Well it was costing me a fortune constantly shipping props and stage equipment from storage to rehearsal spaces, and then to performance spaces. This place is big enough to hold everything and still has space for rehearsals, it even has a recording studio. Once it's set up, we'll be able to start recording segments for TV and my YouTube channel. Did you have any trouble finding it?"
Anton: "No, I know the place. Tony works security here. I've been here loads."
Ethan: "Oh cool. He's a good looking guy, maybe we'll get him into one of my boxes some time."
Anton: *under his breath* "Well it wouldn't be the first time."
Ethan: "Hmmm?"
Anton: "Nothing, I'll see what he thinks."
Ethan: "So, I was super intrigued to hear you'd bought a new prop yourself. Can't wait to see it."
Anton: "It's just over here, I hope you don't mind I had it delivered here."
Ethan: "Not at all."
