Drew this on OC~! ^.^/! The hair sucks though. Xp And the coloring on the dress sucks too. I was really sleepy when I colored this.
;;; Been drawing the cute stuff lately.. o_O And same type of background.. I'm not good at them, but I'm working on it.. But overall, I like the design of the girl, and I'm getting better~! ^^!!! I've been drawing alot more lately, since I neglected it for so long.
I have animated file of this too! I'll try and put it up next update my domain.

Coloring is awesome! I like the dark strands in her hair, and how it matches with her dress. Background is excellent; goes well with the picture because it has the same magical feel as the girl does. The colors all complement each other as well; everything goes together perfectly. ^_^
