Deep sea mermaid, based on angler fish and other deep sea fish.

I created Phii because I feel like mermaids should actually be far more dangerous than traditional mermaids are thought to be. They are carnivores after all, and have to compete against other creatures like sharks. I drew this for a short comic I'll be posting in May.
