I like how you crafted it. The soft outlying lines are nicely placed. Latias is in motion, and not entirely posing. I have no dislike of "posing" subjects, but giving it motion seems to help give it life. Very nice detail of her feathers, and the refraction of light on the eye of the viewer. I really like the detail you put into her right eye and iris, and her face. She's smiling, yet it doesn't stop at her eyes.

oh my god those eyes (eye? lol) are amazing! they say that eyes are windows to the soul, and if you don't learn to draw eyes well, your art will have no soul. ...or something like that xD;
