Statistics: Chunk Stackers, Stacking Vines, or just Stacks are symbiotic tree species that coexist to maintain survival and growth within the semi-jungle environment. In the dominating presence of Xirgadolvadragalogs and enraged Bearclaws, these trees are ubiquitously chopped, sliced, and mangled all the time, forcing a need of coexistence with another supportive plant species. The vines are of a fungal species, made out of rubber-like flesh that grows incredibly fast. It utilizes hydraulics from its massive underground bulb to propel upper growth and maintain flexible stature. The root bulb can store up to a couple tons of nutrient-rich liquid and is protected by a hardened sheath of the tree's trunks mixed in with the surrounding sediment. Below the main bulb extends some smaller root bulbs that continuously collect minerals and water. The amount of pressure the bulb applies gives its vines the capability of visible growth in mere hours, and the entire tree can be several meters tall by just a week's worth. The tree itself is made out of typical wood fibers but is much more resilient to infection and rot, like cedarwood. The fungal nature of the vines themselves also alleviate and reverse the tree's decomposition by fusing into the wounds, sealing the fibers from leaking sap. The tree has also developed a contingency plan; modified leaves can detach and reattach to any art of both the tree and the vines with full compatibility. Its flower-like petals form a vase-like bowl down the center that easily collects rain and needle-pointed stalks that quickly drive roots to fuse. These leaves continuously grow from the ends of the tree branches and fall off to reattach below, giving Stacks full sunlight growth in every part of the body. This results in very high efficiency and has become the ultimate solution against the apex predators' calamity.
