Well, I usually stare at fractal flowers without params and guess what variations the author used.
I don't like asking very much, so I try so many times until I get a result that is similar to the effect I looked at.
This time, I wanted to make some stripes on the petals as some flowers I've seen around, and I spent like a month and a half to get that. I thought it was crackle at first, but the I realized it was wedge instead!
