no she's not. She's Chibichibi. if you re-read it in the manga, she says that Eternal Sailor Moon is Usagi's ultimate Sailor Moon transformation.

In the anime chibichibi was Galaxia's starseed trying to find someone who can accept her as their new starseed. The Light of Hope.

In the manga Chibi Chibi came from the sky much like Chibiusa, in the fact that she also came from the future, but a far off future way passed Crystal Tokyo, where Neo Queen Serenity found the power to once again become a senshi but that senshi form is called Sailor Cosmos.

Sailor Cosmos lost everything however in a war with Sailor Chaos and fled from battle because she lost hope.

Hoping to eliminate war and suffering she goes back in time to help guide her previous self, Eternal Sailor Moon to make the right decision and destroy the galaxy cauldron, where stars are born, so that Chaos will never be reborn and Sailor Chaos will not come to exist.

She disguised herself as a cute harmless looking child to get close to Usagi. In that time however, she had realized that hope was eternal.

That's why she said her true ultimate form was Eternal Sailor Moon.

The most powerful senshi is Sailor Cosmos but she herself called herself a coward because she forgot what hope was, Eternal Sailor Moon always had hope so she said she was strongest then.

She let time flow the way it had and learned to hope again from her passed self. She sent the asteroid senshi back to their time and left to go fight Sailor Chaos in her own time after kissing her past self and telling her thank you.

I wish more people would read the manga before assuming it's the same as the anime.

I love this so much! I always thought Sailor Cosmos story was a sad one because in order to become Sailor Cosmos, she had to lose everyone and everything... and then she lost herself so she had to go back to when she was Sailor Moon to find herself again.

I LOVE the fact that you made the inner senshi stand by her and in similar forms, I always felt sad at the thought of her being alone and all. I just love their friendship and connections so much.

I know this probably took you FOREVER and all... but can I ask a teeny TINY okay maybe HUGE request of you?

Can you make another and have the outer senshi stand by them as well. I'd love that and I know the inners are closer to her and all but... I like 'em ALL together ya now...

Usagi's my fave but I love them all I can't hate or favor any too much sorry looooong review.

BTW you did a wonderful job on Naoko's style.

You got their hair and eye color correct in the sense of their past lives of the manga as princesses and the anatomy of Naoko's is so similar!

I love how you designed their fuku's too! So close to Sailor Cosmos but still slightly different like always. SO Naoko hehe.

I love their names too, very clever :]

I hope you take my request into consideration.

Again, one more thing. Lovely colors and stances.
