Alicorns automatically get Princess-ship right??Just to clarify; Discord is not a pony now. He just shape shifted into one because he can do whatever the hell he damn well pleases.
There is a deviant called kazifasari who did a design for an alicorn Discord I REALLY like. I modified it slightly for this picture, but if you compare it to her's you'll notice the obvious resemblance. I can't think of a design I like more than the one she did so I'm not gonna try XD It's really cool.
That cutie mark is a Chaos Symbol I found online which I recoloured to match Discord's colours.

Needless to say, your anytomy and shading is already really great
and I have to say that I really love how you drew Discord as a pony
and I think you choose a great symbol for his cutie mark, that looks both simple and yet somehow complex and mysterious
I would advise you to leave his right wing bat-only without the feathers though, cause I think it would look better, but that might just be me.
Also, maybe you could turn one of the yellow arrows into purple (the colour of one of Discord's wings). Just a suggestion.
Altogether it's a great piece though and I hope it happens in the show at some point.

One of the arrows on his cutie-mark is actually purple. If you look, you'll see I tried to map out the arrows to match his anatomy. Head, wings, arms, legs, tail.

I'm not the artist, but here are my thoughts.
I like the surprise of the bat wing being feathered. It's subtle and took me a minute to realize, but made me grin. It gives an at glance unity that is ruined when you look closer. Plus, it's a further hint that this pony isn't what it seems. I think it would look good either way, but I like it as is.
And if you look closer, one of those arrows is /already/ purple. The two yellow arrows are for the lion arm and the eagle talon (one is lighter than the other.) I'm guessing the dark brown arrow is for his normal body color, which explains why that's also the color used for the circle that the different arrows (aka limbs) are extending from.
