I can't paint (yet), but I can kinda manipulate the photos I take.
The original shot was taken at sunset on Jomtien Beach, Thailand about a week ago. Edit done in Photoshop CS6. I'm trying to learn how to use Photoshop properly, so I'm starting with basic edits. What do you think?
