Request from ~SukiRin .She wanted China and I've been meaning to draw him for ages too. Him being my sort of nation. NZ is my other.
So I hope you like it my friend.
'Tis a photograph Yao is looking at and whoever it may be is completely up to you lovely viewers. Though I do have my idea in mind.
Oh yes. I love to draw skies and flowers. That comes up a lot. I blame my mother's garden.
Heh. My next one depending on me mood will be fem!North Italy as she has been requested. Though that could change. Since I tend to do that quite a bit. AND I should be studying for my mock exams. Hehhhh

Oh 'tis some editing on my scanner and on my editing program. What type of editing programs do you have? I may be able to explain it to you if you'd like. Although it also depends on the quality of colour on your original too. This is the closest I can edit mine to original.

well i have microsoft paint and i have photoshop CS5 (a trail version).
if u could explain it to me it would be a great help, since the color seems to show up fine on the original but horribly on the scan :S

Traditional is a bit hard to find in quality these days and I do try my best to contribute to it, so it means very much to me when viewers, such as yourself, comment and like my work. Especially the colour which takes me the longest!

I usually find decent black and white/monotone traditional pieces not full-on colour so it's semi-rare to see. I bet it does wish I had the proper tools for colouring but i don't have any art supplies currently.

Ohh I was actually planning something with them two for Halloween. Although it isn't them as a pairing but it is something interesting. I'm hoping my motivation for it doesn't die and that I can pull it off because I'm looking forward to sharing that one!

I was thinking a family portrait of him and the other Asian nations before they all split, wearing the traditional clothes, and now they're all modern and divided...

Anyways thank you so much for commenting! I had the contrasts in mind and the colour scheme but since it's so full of colour, it probably did not convey the bitter part of this picture. :/ I suppose it is up to viewers, no?

Maybe it can show that even though China's thriving, he's still very lonely? "Lonely at the Top", as they say.
It is kinda sad how they all divided though. And then of course if you look into history beyond all the sweetness Hetalia gives off, then you see a darker picture altogether.
