(DESCRIPTION)
Scarlet (also known as red-orange or vermillion) is the intermediate, or transitional, colour between red and orange in both the CYMK and RGB colour wheels, usually about one-quarter (1/4) of the way between both.

In Catholicism, scarlet is the primary colour worn by cardinals and the bright hues of scarlet are meant to be symbolic of the blood of Christ, thus attributing the colour with the qualities of courage, sacrifice and martyrdom. Paradoxically, scarlet is also associated with prostitution, thanks to the “Whore of Babylon”, an evil symbolic female character depicted in Revelation, the last book of the Bible.

Just in case no one saw my post from a day or two ago, I won’t be posting as much as I did in June and July as I’ve gone back to uni for my second semester; I’ll still create and upload new illustrations for you to appreciate but please be patient; I don’t have as much time as I did back in my uni break.

There is some liberties I took for who to include in this illustration , considering some characters like Tracer and BB-8 are also listed as being purely “orange” characters and Ironhide being red in most iterations of Transformers. He took probably the longest out of the five or so characters because a) he’s huge and b) there’s lot of complicated little components and details to add to a giant robot that also turns into a GMC ute. Anyways it looks pretty dope, so enjoy this because the next one could be weeks away.
