For ROCI2 .Fourth design for him. Two remaining.
Normally this would have been a Commission, but I have no means of him paying me actual money, and I don't believe he has Points. Plus, he's just a really good friend of mine. Plus he's pretty chill and patient, which makes the designing of these guys easier. Sorta.
ALSO, please don't ask me for an OC design unless you absolutely NEED an OC design, and you're a close friend. Otherwise, please don't ask.
