Some redesign of some sort of fishsona I tried to create back then. I remembered wanting to create an opposite design from my main oc (Celia). Vaporeon inspired! Happy 10 years to that 2012 design I did. Celia is technically 10+ years. She went through a lot of designs over the years...This fishsona design can be a separate character tbh.
