Sophie has never had a job and lives on social welfare for her whole life, so she was only able to afford the cheapest homecaring service. The people were nevertheless friendly, but unexperienced and do not have proper qualifications, so they act very clumsy and often run against her cast when they forget to watch their step. The immense waves of pain from all her shattered bones make Sophie crying, but as her jaw is tightly wired she makes only some desperate moans the caretakers do not understand. But her facial expression says it all. Poor Sophie!
