The background is well done, the colors of the image fit well with the Pokemon at the front of the picture, the lighter tone of the center giving more focus to the creature itself.

Where you would need improvement; The lines would need to be straighter, more smooth. maybe you did not have the tools on hand to make them like that - perhaps you only have a mouse to draw with, then I apologize.

The coloring of Scyther himself is well done, the colors are mostly correct. I can see places where you have gone over the lines, and bled into the background or onto the different colors. I would suggest looking over every line for such a thing before submitting your art work.

The back arm/blade of the Pokemon seems too turned, and almost gives the feeling of it being bent awkwardly, more review could be had on your part for things like that. I myself admit, that something like that takes work and practice for perspective, and I do think that you did a great job on it none the less.

The shading of the piece is well done, the lighting consistent with the direction of the shadows. the varying shades help with the tones

I must point out that the front wing does not match the back one, in the part where the second on has green along the upper edge, while the first (front) one does not and only has the pale coloring.

On the topic of that coloring, the body color (between the green plates) is more of a yellow than white, and some pieces of his body are the same color as that, but you seemed to have missed them.

It is well done, and an interesting artwork - I would suggest getting a reference picture to look off of next time you do a picture like this, to take the colors from.

It's pretty good, the shading is quite nice and also correct in respect to proportions. The only thing I would suggest to work on is neater lines, and the eyes. Good job! ^^
