Yokai : Something simple and practical (as usual), in a very pale blue with orange highlights. Simple wallpaper included in the skin folder. Sub-style without the start menu user pic included.

Note: My approach to WindowBlinds for all my free skins here is for them to share some of the elements which I've found over the years end up being almost identical in my skins anyway, or that they are Vista/Win7 that I don't see in Win10. The end result is it cuts down how much time it takes me to make a skin, so you get more of them!
